Lent offers the opportunity to deeply seek clarity, to shed old and destructive habits, and to experience renewal through the symbolic and mystical process of death and resurrection.
Lent: A Mystical Approach offers exercises in preparation for Lent, as well as meditations for each day of Lent. After the preparation period, for each day of Lent there are three guided meditations, morning, midday, and end of day. Each meditation focuses on one of the three primary mystical practices of Lent.
