Lent offers the opportunity to deeply seek clarity, to shed old and destructive habits, and to experience renewal through the symbolic and mystical process of death and resurrection.

With Lent: A Mystical Approach, you'll be guided through exercises in preparation for Lent, as well as meditations for each day of Lent.

There are three guided meditations -- morning, midday, and end of day -- for each day of Lent. Each meditation focuses on one of the three primary mystical practices of Lent.
