Â
There is a self beneath the selves — quieter than our thoughts, older than our wounds, more whole and Holy than you can imagine. Mystics of all times and traditions have taught that your deepest self can be known, not as an idea, but as a lived encounter.Â
Know Your Soul is a rare four-day retreat for those who are ready to stop circling the edge and step into the center. Over one long weekend in intentional community, we will move gently between stillness and expression, solitude and shared presence, inner listening and embodied practice - and meet yourself more fully than you thought possible.
This retreat will be led in person by Dr. Lucille Tures and Constance Wilson — a rare opportunity to work with both Adept Teachers directly, in a small-group setting designed for depth.
Over four days you will:
Encounter your soul through contemplative practice — Morning meditations, communion, and teaching rooted in the mystical Christian tradition and Theama's integrative, whole-self approach.
Move what words cannot reach — Evening sessions in contemplative art and movement meditation open the inner life through creativity and the body.
Peel back the layers — Interactive teaching sessions guide you through a process of gently releasing identities that are not core to your essential self, so you can discover what remains.
Hear your own soul speak — A dedicated session on inner guidance practice gives you a living, repeatable method for accessing soul wisdom after the retreat ends.
Receive individual healing — Each participant receives a private memory healing or past-life regression session with one of the teachers — a sacred, one-on-one encounter with the soul's deeper story.
Walk, wonder, and integrate — Daily contemplative walking meditations in the landscape allow what's been stirred inside to settle and clarify.
Be held by community — A Sunday morning service and closing ceremony Sunday evening help you receive and carry what you've discovered back into your daily life.
This retreat is offered in a spirit of warmth, willingness, wonder, and wisdom. No prior experience is needed — only a readiness to listen, to rest, and to remember.
